  • She has graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University; qualified as a legal counsel,
  • She is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Wrocław,
  • She has also qualified as the Patent Attorney and completed professional training in Warsaw thus becoming the member of the Polish,
  • Patent Attorneys Chamber, where she held a position of the Vice Dean,
  • She has graduated from the post-diploma studies in Industrial Property Law at the Warsaw University,
  • She has represented her clients before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal,
  • Her expertise includes Intellectual Property Law, Civil Law, Competition Law, IT Law, Copyright and Commercial Law,
  • She provides advocacy to her clients and represents them both in court proceedings as well as in contentious matters before the Polish Patent Office in Warsaw and the European Union Intellectual Property Office EUIPO in Alicante.

Marta Kruk

Legal Counsel – Equity Partner

  • She has graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University; qualified as a legal counsel,
  • She is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Wrocław,
  • She completed postgraduate studies under the patronage of the President of the Public Procurement Office in the field of public procurement law at the University of Wrocław,
  • She has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to leading Polish IT companies. Her area of expertise includes IT, Copyright, Public Procurement Law as well as Pharmaceutical Law, Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, Advertising Law, Competition Law with a particular focus on Consumer Protection Law,
  • She was a co-author of two legal opinions drafted upon the instructions of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, i.e. the pharmaceutical expertise on the advertising of medical products, and legal expertise concerning abusive clauses,
  • She represents our law firm’s clients as a counsel in legal proceedings before courts of all instances,
  • She provides training to entrepreneurs within the field of Pharmaceutical Law, Industrial Property Law and Unfair Competition, including advertising.

Agnieszka Winowska-Żmijewska

  • She has graduated from the five-year studies at the Law Faculty of Wrocław’s University,
  • In 2006 she completed the professional training and the same year was entered onto the list of legal counselors kept by the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Wrocław,
  • Her main areas of expertise include Civil Law, Commercial Law, Public Procurement Law, Tax Law, Banking and Family Law,
  • She acts as a counsel in court proceedings on a regular basis.

Katarzyna Paprzycka

Patent Attorney

  • She has graduated from the MA studies in Biotechnology at the Faculty of Chemistry of Wrocław’s Technical University,
  • She completed postgraduate studies in the Industrial Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw,
  • She completed patent attorneys’ training and became a member of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys,
  • She coordinates the Patent Information Centre in Wrocław,
  • She appears before the Patent Office in cases connected with obtaining and maintaining the protection of domestic and foreign exclusive rights (trademarks, industrial designs, utility models and inventions).

Agnieszka Gołębiowska-Duda

  • She completed postgraduate studies in management at the Faculty of National Economy, at the Wrocław’s University of Economics and postgraduate studies in the field of EU funds at the Faculty of Management and Computer Science of Wrocław’s University of Economics,
  • She gained her professional experience while working inter alia for one of the most reputable and biggest Polish law firms: Domański Zakrzewski Palinka sp. k. w Warszawie,
  • She completed the professional training for legal counselors and was entered onto the list of legal counselors kept by the Regional Chamber of Legal Counsellors in Opole,
  • Her main areas of expertise include Employment Law, Commercial Law, Insurance Law, and Tax Law. She advises her clients on various issues connected with enforcement proceedings and on informative obligations of state-funded companies.

Martyna Mielniczuk

  • She completed the Legal English course organized by the Department of Foreign-Languages Law Education of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University,
  • She gained her professional experience while working inter alia for one of Wrocław’s law firm specialized in legal services for business entities and drafting legal opinions as a volunteer of University Legal Clinic in Wrocław,

Kamila Mielczarek

  • Her professional path began from working for law firms in Wrocław e.g. for one of „the Big Four”, specializing in civil law, providing services for commercial companies and local government units;
  • She acquired an additional experience during employment in the USA, in one of the listed companies of American law;
  • During studies she drafted legal opinions in civil law while being a member of the University Legal Clinic in Wrocław;
  • In the Office she projects opinions for listed companies and other legal entities from the scope of industrial property law and pharmaceutical law, she verifies domestic and international market of industrial property rights, drafts motions, summons and other writings concerning industrial property laws, addressed to domestic, foreign and international offices and other legal entities, she prepares drafts of lawsuits, motions and other pleadings in legal proceedings, prepares civil contracts, translations, legal opinions and legal analyses, i.a. from the scope of industrial property, pharmaceutical law and civil law in general, she is responsible for the on-going contact with domestic, foreign and international legal entities as well.

Aleksandra Nowak

  • She has graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University. In her master thesis, she has examined civil liability arising from wrongful life, wrongful birth and wrongful conception causes of action.
  • She is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Civil Law and Private International Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University,
  • She has been admitted to the professional training for attorneys-at-law conducted by Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-law in Wrocław,
  • She has obtained the international legal English certificate TOLES ADVANCED,
  • She gained her professional experience working for Wrocław’s law firms dealing with legal service of business entities,
  • She has been an annual holder of the Rector Scholarship for the Best Students,
  • She speaks English fluently and has intermediate knowledge of French language,
  • She specializes in broadly understood Civil Law. Her research interests include mainly Medical Law and Law of New Technologies,

Klaudia Sałdan

  • Graduate of two-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB) in English;
  • Graduate of Legal English Course organized by the Department of Foreign-Languages Law Education of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University; fluent in written and spoken English;
  • She acquired one-year preparation from technical and IT knowledge;
  • Actively participates in Student Association concerning data-processing law – „Blok Prawa Komputerowego” working by the Research Centre for Legal and Economic Issues of Electronic Communication in University of Wrocław;
  • She actively participates in national legal conferences organized by the Student Association;
  • In the Office she handles drafting lawsuits, motions and other pleadings in legal and prelitigation proceedings, in particular from the scope of contract and industrial property law, registration of European Union and International trademarks and industrial designs, she contacts with foreign law firms, co-conducts legal proceedings concerning copyright and international protection of industrial property, she actively supports the Office in the field of administration.
