- Patent Attorneys Regional Bar Association of Lower Silesia, where she held a position of the Vice Dean;
- She has graduated from the post-diploma studies in Industrial Property Law at the Warsaw University;
- She has represented her clients before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Tribunal;
- Her expertise includes Intellectual Property Law, Civil Law, Competition Law, IT Law, Copyright and Commercial Law;
- Acts as an attorney in registration, court and dispute proceedings before the Polish Patent Office in Warsaw, the European Union Intellectual Property Office in Alicante in Spain, the European Union court, and the World Intellectual Property Office in Switzerland;
- On a daily basis, he advises large companies mainly in the field of effective management of intellectual property rights, technology protection, implementations in the IT sector, maintenance and optimization of exclusive rights,
- Cooperates with the Wrocław Technology Transfer Center at the Wrocław University of Technology;
- In the years 2016-2020 she was a judge of the Disciplinary Court at the District Chamber of Attorney at Law in Wrocław;
- From the year 2018 lecturer in industrial property law and copyright law,
- Acts as an expert in many press publications in the field of IT, new technologies, and intellectual property law. She cooperates with editorial offices such as Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Rzeczpospolita, Radio Wrocław, CXO, and Polsat;

Marta Kruk

- She has graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of Wrocław’s University; qualified as an Attorney at Law,
- She is a member of the Bar Association of Attorneys at Law in Wrocław,
- She completed postgraduate studies under the patronage of the President of the Public Procurement Office in the field of public procurement law at the University of Wrocław,
- She has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to leading Polish IT companies. Her area of expertise includes IT, Copyright, Public Procurement Law as well as Pharmaceutical Law, Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, Advertising Law, Competition Law with a particular focus on Consumer Protection Law,
- She was a co-author of two legal opinions drafted upon the instructions of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, i.e. the pharmaceutical expertise on the advertising of medical products, and legal expertise concerning abusive clauses,
- She represents our law firm’s clients as a counsel in legal proceedings before courts of all instances,

Agnieszka Winowska-Żmijewska

Katarzyna Paprzycka

- She coordinates the Patent Information Centre in Wrocław,
- She appears before the Patent Office in cases connected with obtaining and maintaining the protection of domestic and foreign exclusive rights (trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, and inventions).
Agnieszka Gołębiowska-Duda

Kamila Mielczarek-Malon

- She acquired an additional experience during employment in the USA, in one of the listed companies of American law;
- During studies she drafted legal opinions in civil law while being a member of the University Legal Clinic in Wrocław;
- In the Office she projects opinions for listed companies and other legal entities from the scope of industrial property law and pharmaceutical law, she verifies domestic and international market of industrial property rights, drafts motions, summons, and other writings concerning industrial property laws, addressed to domestic, foreign and international offices and other legal entities, she prepares drafts of lawsuits, motions and other pleadings in legal proceedings, prepares civil contracts, translations, legal opinions and legal analyses, i.a. from the scope of industrial property, pharmaceutical law and civil law in general, she is responsible for the on-going contact with domestic, foreign and international legal entities as well.
